For my Grandma's 101st birthday, I planned an afternoon tea (at my wonderful cousin's house) for her daughters, granddaughters, great-granddaughters and a few close family friends. The "boys" and children were allowed to come afterwards for cake! I asked people to wear hats so, of course, the cake had to fit the theme...and a good old fashioned hat box it was!

Love your blog, Heidi! What a great idea, to catalogue, commemorate and advertise your beautiful cakes! You are so talented. I am amazed by your creativity, and what a delicious way to showcase it! I don't know which one is my favourite... they are all incredible!
